How Pickup and Return Work
Pickup and return are easy and contactless. Here's how it works.
Before your trip
Pickup is at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) or at the address shown in your Turo trip.
After you book, we'll send the details through Turo messages: the exact location, photos and access to the vehicle app.
At pickup
Go to the location shown in your Turo trip and in our messages.
Follow the access steps we sent in Turo messages, then enjoy the drive.
During your trip
Keep the battery above 10%. Line up your next charger before you drop below that. If the car runs out of charge, the tow is at the guest's expense.
Charging during your trip is billed in one invoice after the trip.
No off-roading. Under Turo policy, the vehicles stay on paved and maintained roads.
At return
Charge to a reasonable level before you return.
Return the car to the location shown in your Turo trip and follow the return steps in our Turo messages.
